Can Self-Esteem Be A Part of Your Everyday Life?

Most of the time we don't see the things we do affect our soul or self-esteem. Nourishing the soul can be very healthy for you and the people around you. This means being true to yourself. Live your life doing what feels right to you, not what someone else thinks you should do. It’s okay to listen to advice, but in the end, make the decision that feels best for you. Being a people pleaser is a very frustrating way to live. Get in the habit of pleasing yourself. You are responsible for your own happiness. Your feelings are important. Our self-respect tracks our choices. It is that simple. Every choice matters.

Upgrading your physical diet can help nourish the soul by eating fresh produce rather than processed foods whenever possible. Drink plenty of water, fresh juices and smoothies instead of caffeinated beverages or energy drinks. When you take care of your body by supplying it with good nutrients, you will naturally feel better and have more energy.

Do things that stretch your comfort zone, anytime you feel fear, as long as it is not life threatening, it is an opportunity to grow. Don’t take yourself or life to seriously, lighten up an dare to have fun. Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly. In the end, what matters most is how you see yourself. What do you think? Is self-esteem part of our everyday life?

  2. I total agree with you, we shouldn't be pleasing anyone else but our self. Better I would take life so serious but now, I have lighten up and it felt great to loosen up. I have taken any opportunity that has been thrown to path and I embrace. I think that self-esteem is part of our everyday life.

  3. Self-esteem is part of everybody's life, because you meet different people and are in different situations. I also agree that is good to get another persons point of you and at the end make the decision you think is right.
